Data Deletion
Last updated: November 6, 2026
GisterChat is operated by OK Kenzo Innovatives Ltd. You can request removal of your GisterChat data using the methods below.
Delete your GisterChat account
Sign in, select Account & deletion in the header, enter your current GisterChat password, type DELETE, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and its connected Pages, templates, encrypted Page tokens, saved contact records, pending Page selections, and duplicate-message records from the active application database.
Disconnect one Page
Select the Page in the dashboard and choose Disconnect. Read and confirm the deletion notice. This removes that Page's connection and related records from your account; other connected Pages remain. Reconnecting does not restore deleted templates or contacts.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, or you messaged a business using GisterChat, email Gisterchat@gmail.com with the subject GisterChat data deletion request. Include the account email, or the Page name or link and enough information to identify the relevant conversation. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information.
We will verify your identity or authority as needed, identify the records involved, and respond with the outcome or any necessary next steps under applicable law. A Page customer may also contact the business operating the Page. If you contact us about someone else's account or Page, we will need evidence of your authority.
Remove Facebook access
You may remove GisterChat from Facebook's Settings → Business Integrations. This withdraws Facebook access; it does not by itself guarantee deletion of stored GisterChat data. Also use account deletion, Page disconnect, or the email process above.
What deletion does not change
Deleting GisterChat data does not delete conversations on Facebook, records independently held by a business, or other third-party records. Backups and operational logs may retain copies under provider retention schedules. We will explain any information that must be retained to meet a legal obligation. New messages to an actively connected Page may create a new contact record; contact us to discuss an ongoing objection to processing.
